Returns policy

Returns with care

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Start a return

To request a return, email team@kindnest-99w.madethis.app with your order number and the reason for your request. Return authorization and instructions are required before you send an item back.

Refunds and shipping fees

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Please report an incorrect, damaged, or defective item within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue. Exchange availability is assessed case by case.
